BRAIN WAVES

                                                                        BRAIN WAVES

Brainwaves, which are the electrical activity generated by the neurons in our brain, they can

travel very short distances within the brain, typically no more than a few centimeters.

Brainwaves are measured using an electroencephalogram (EEG), which detects the electrical

signals generated by the brain. These signals are very weak and can be detected only a few

millimeters away from the scalp.

It's important to note that the strength and range of brainwaves can vary depending on a

variety  of factors, including the frequency of the waves and the individual's brain activity.

However, it's generally accepted that brainwaves do not travel long distances beyond the brain

itself.

Alpha waves are typically associated with a state of calmness, creativity, and mental

clarity. They can also be observed during light meditation or when a person is experiencing a state of

"flow" in a task they enjoy.
